Ben has over 20 years of experience helping organisations launch, grow and transform companies in the media, advertising and technology sectors. He has deep knowledge of scaling sales teams and has led cross functional teams within businesses at all points of their life cycle. He has worked internationally having responsibility for businesses based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK.
Ben has worked across lead generation, recruitment, email, SEO, community and event models within large international companies predominately in B2B markets. He launched his first digital business in 1997 and has a passion for digital, data, mar-tech and people. He’s had a range of commercial roles as the first sales person on a business and leading a team of 150+ talented sales individuals. He has experienced the commitment it takes to grow a business and the benefits of codifying a great product to a sales plan to take it to market effectively and quickly.
He’s worked with over 4000 customers such as Uber, Google, Airbnb, The Bank of England, Seek, Wesfarmers, Rio Tinto and is equally comfortable talking to businesses of all sizes. He has successfully raised funding and led the exit of a number of businesses to individuals, corporations and private equity buyers. Ben now wants to work with talented teams to generate sustainable income, helping a founder to successfully grow, IPO or exit their business by building the top line and bottom lines.
