Johanna has spent her career working across all aspects of apparel product creation and the supply chain. She has worked at a global level spending several years in Hong Kong where she headed up a buying operation accountable for offices in HK, Jakarta and Shanghai. In a transition from brand to retail, she then moved to the US for a large global luxury womenswear business. Now based in the UK, her most recent positions were on the main board at Lyle & Scott Ltd and leading the global product creation and marketing team and UK sales at Ben Sherman.
Johanna champions the central role played by product development, merchandising and sourcing at the heart of a successful fashion brand and their critical impact on the bottom line. She has first class technical expertise across product creation, sourcing and the supply chain process and is financially astute, with a peerless network and excellent relationships within the global vendor base across all apparel, sportswear, accessories & footwear. A product visionary, advocating brand segmentation for global distribution, Johanna creates range plans, strategy’s and product fit for international market growth and is a skilled and experienced leader of cross functions within a brand/retailer with multi-cultured and located teams.
