Rachel has 17 years’ experience as a business psychologist and has been a qualified executive coach and mentor since 2010. As a business psychologist, she has worked within a variety of industries and sectors internationally. Her focus is to provide a safe environment for her clients to explore and navigate the complex situations they face in an evolving landscape.
Rachel’s early career began in sales and the travel industry, putting the customer at the core of everything she does. Her approach is client-focused and she works relentlessly to support individuals and businesses to achieve their personal and organisational goals.
Rachel has experienced the thrilling and scary world of start-up businesses, both as a Founder and Co-founder, with stories of successes and failures. Having worked in more than 14 countries, she prides herself in being inclusive; culturally aware; articulate and empathetic to her client’s challenges.
Rachel is also passionate about social enterprise, working for commercial objectives and delivering with a social purpose. She founded a cloud based social enterprise in 2011 and was recognised at 10 Downing Street for her contribution to the Armed Forces Community. She has experience of developing a business and being responsible for attracting investment and funding, building a business from ground zero to include web design, logo design, vision and strategy, employee contracts and induction, lease negotiations, recruitment, customer process delivery, salaries, developing a Board of Directors, managing and leading remote teams and co-developed of the 1st Enterprise Centre for the Armed Forces providing mentoring and business support to start-ups.
