Russell’s professional career has allowed him to participate in two industries. His first career lasted eight years, working with the ServiceMaster corporation, the worldwide leader in Facility Management. ServiceMaster allowed him to pursue three of his passions; new business start up, global travel and speaking Spanish. Russell’s time with ServiceMaster allowed him to participate in the franchise start ups in Chile, Venezuela, China, Guam and Thailand.
In 2004, after finishing his contract with ServiceMaster Thailand, he made the decision to change careers. Russell went back to get his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management Satellite School, Sasin University in Bangkok. It was then that he discovered the exciting and fast growing industry of digital media. Russell partnered with several other entrepreneurs to start the Digital Media Holding Company, DMS. In his 5 year career with DMS, he had the opportunity to run both his digital agency business, New Media Co. Ltd, and his Ad Network business, Admax Network Co. Ltd.
