Sarah is a strategic and commercial marketing leader with more than 20 years’ experience gained in retail and healthcare sectors in various markets across Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
She joined Specsavers when they were a medium sized UK-based business and helped with the UK growth and international expansion. She held various positions and developed her career in the high growth company, moving to Melbourne in 2013 with her husband and three children to take up the role of Marketing Director for Specsavers ANZ.
She is experienced in market penetration, expansion and market diversification strategies and is passionate about helping businesses scale and grow led by a clear purpose and clear market position.
Sarah is an all-round marketeer, experienced across the full gamut of marketing including loyalty and e-commerce and is passionate about creating memorable effective marketing. She developed multiple award winning marketing campaigns that contributed to winning an IPA Effectiveness Award for Should’ve Gone to Specsavers.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
