Vickie is a seasoned business leader and strategist with extensive experience in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. She has held executive roles with unicorn scale-ups, fresh start-ups, innovative incubatorsand accelerators, growing mid-size companies, as well as forward-thinking corporates and governments.

Vickie has over 20 years of experience spanning mobile, eCommerce, fintech, payments, AI/big data, eHealth, cloud, telecommunications, retail, tourism, fitness and education. Vickie has a proven track record of leading diverse teams in growing organisations with a focus on solid leadership, business and product strategy, innovation management and commercialisation, healthy culture, and great design.

With a passion for helping organisations connect the dots between people, creative, technology and commercial, Vickie has spent a decade working with a variety of start-ups including recent stints as Regional Vice President of Product at Asian eCommerce giant Lazada (an Alibaba company), and Chief Product Officer at Sentifi, a Swiss AI-based financial market analytics start-up.

Currently, Vickie consults for a number of start-ups, manages her own fitness tourism business HyperFit Travel, and lectures for MBA programs in Southeast Asia. A passionate advocate for start-up ecosystem development, Vickie has acted as a Judge for the RMIT University Business Plan Competition, as well as mentoring students and start-ups at various universities, accelerators and incubators across AsiaPac.

Vickie holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from RMIT University Melbourne, as well as qualifications in design thinking, lean product management, marketing, communication design, project management, television & video production, and tertiary teaching. Outside of work Vickie is a passionate CrossFitter, boxer and traveller.
